Bob did both the real estate and the loan side of our first home purchase. He knocked it out of the park! My wife and I found a house that we loved very quickly and let Bob do his thing with negotiations. We received an amazing deal on a house and could not have asked for a better rate with our mortgage. The seller wanted a 30 day escrow so things had to move quick. Even with the quick pace, I never felt pressured and he explained every detail to me. Bob was extremely patient when it came to our constant barrage of questions as well. In the end, he was able to have the seller pay us to stay in our new house while our lease was up at our current rental. Talk about a sweet bonus! I will refer Bob to everyone I know. His hard work, honest, and trustworthy approach made this whole process a pleasurable experience.

Working with Bob on buying our house was a great experience. We told Bob what we were looking for and he took us to exactly those houses, but more then that, I am a very Type A person and searched the Internet night and day for new houses that we wanted to see and would send Bob a new list almost daily. We would start working that morning to set up appt to see them all if possible. We are also a couple that changed our criteria in regards to location and bedrooms and bathrooms all the time and Bob would just smile at us and pull us a new list. I can say that I would use Bob again and recommend him to any of my friends looking for a new home. He helped us every step of the way. Bob was also understanding and respected our financial guidelines. We had worked with another realtor before who took us to houses above our price range and would not take us to houses below our price range and that was not okay with us.
